警察院校学员膝关节损伤的水中康复训练研究 被引量:2

Research on the Rehabilitation Training in Water for the Knee Joint Injury Among the Students in Police Colleges and Universities

摘要 本课题研究12例警察院校膝关节损伤学员的康复训练。膝关节康复训练分为3个阶段,本课题重点是对患肢肌肉萎缩的预防、肌力的恢复、关节主动活动范围、患肢负重、平衡稳定性研究。通过2个月的水中康复训练,观察水中步行训练对膝关节损伤患者的康复促进作用,实验后实验组学员关节稳定程度及活动范围均恢复良好,可正常生活和工作,无明显的排异反应和感染传染病的现象发生。 This topic studies the rehabilitation training of 12 students in police colleges whose knee joints are injured. The knee joint rehabilitation training includes three phases,and the key points of this subject is on the prevention of muscular dystrophy,recovery of the muscle strength,the active range of joint motion,the load of disabled extremity,research on balance and stability. After two months of rehabilitation training in water,observing the rehabilitation promotion of walking in water on the patients of knee joint injuries,it is found that the degree of joint stability and the range of motion have been well recovered,the patients can do regular jobs,and there is no obvious platoon different response and infection of infectious disease.
