摘要
对包头师范学院校园内栽培的4种柏科植物(圆柏Sabina chinensis(L.)Ant、沙地柏Sabina vulgaris Ant.、侧柏Platycladus orientalia(L.)Franco、杜松Juniperus rigida Sicb.et Zucc.)的木质部进行解离,对其管状细胞进行现察、比较、分析,其结果:这几种植物或多或少都存在端壁具纹孔的管状细胞,介于导管与典型管胞的形态之间;此外,都有分化程度不同的纤维化管胞和典型的木纤维,看得出这些木纤维就是由管胞经细胞壁的次生加厚、逐步堵塞了纹孔而形成的,细胞壁加厚的方式是螺旋状敷设纤丝。
The xylem of 4 kinds of Cupresuceae (Sabina chinensis (L.) Ant.,Sabina vulgaris Ant.,Platycladus orientalia(L.)Franco,Junipenis rigida Sieb.et Zucc. )planting in the Baotou Teacher' s Collagy were resoluted and observation,comparison, analysis.The results: there are the tubuar cells in the each one.where there is one,or occasionally two to several the bordered pit at the horizontal wall of these tubuar cell, they lie in tracheid to vessel element from the angle that evolve Probably. In addition,there are many fibretracheids and typical fibers in it, the formation of the wood fiber were be because that the secondery wall of tracheids gradually were thichended whith the thin silk Spiral stich in it, And then bordered pit were stopped.
