云南省德宏州木材加工业的发展与森林资源现状的分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Wood Processing Industry and Forest Resources

目前,德宏州木材加工业的发展与森林资源现状不匹配的矛盾日益突出。矛盾的存在有历史的、管理的和市场等方面的原因。要解决存在的矛盾就要以科技为先导,逐步形成林工贸一体化、产供销一条龙的产业发展模式,实现规模化生产和产业化经营,优先发展中密度纤维板和刨花板。同时,加快林木良种基地建设。因势利导,将木材加工业的发展与广大山区农业产业结构调整有机结合起来,促进山区经济发展。通过对内对外招商引资,开发利用现有森林资源,发挥德宏森林资源优势。

At present,the contradiction that the wood processing industry does not match the forest resources is becoming increasingly conspicuous in Dehong Prefecfure,which resulted from such reasons as history,management and market.To resolve the contradiction,we should take the science and technology as the leader to gradually form an industrial development model of integrated system for the forestry,industry and trade and link production,supply and marketing in a streamlined way,realizing the large-scale production and industrialized operation.We should also give the priority to developing middle-density fiber board and particleboard and speed up the base construction of improved varieties of trees at the same time.Besides,we should guide according to circumstances,properly combining the industrial development with agricultural industry in vast mountainous areas to promote their economic development,making full use of resources advantage by attracting investment both internally and externally and utilizing current forest resources.
