基于能量输入与耗散关系的机床一维轴热变形预报研究

摘要 通过分析一维主轴热传导差分模型,建立起基于反馈原理的机床能量输入、输出的热变形预报模型。并分别建立了一维和二维结构热变形预报模型,对比发现该模型具有较高的预报精度,由此预见其对预报整体机床热变形具有重要意义。 By analyzing one-dimensional spindle heat conduction difference model, a model was set up based on the energy input, dissipation and thermal deformation of the spindle. One-dimensional and two-dimensional forecasting model of thermal deformation of the spindle were set up. The model had higher forecasting precision from the contrast. It can be forecasted that it has an important role in forecasting the thermal deformation of machine tool.
