摘要
人才资源能力素质测评是指经过一系列科学的手段和方法,对人的基本素质及其绩效进行测量和评定的活动。人才资源能力素质测评的技术原理主要阐述人才资源能力素质测评的技术保障体系。人才资源能力素质测评在人才资源管理中得到了日益广泛的应用,但在实践中还存在许多问题。
The evaluation of human resources capability and quality is an activity of measuring and evaluating a person's basic quality and the achievements. Its technical principle mainly elaborates the technical security system of evaluation. Though the evaluation of human resources has been widely applied to human resources management, it still has many problems in its practice.
