培训方式是相对于教学方式的、提高学员专业技能能力的重要训练方式。它具有多种表现形式,比如破冰、案例式、问题诊断式等。在林业行业专业技术人员培训中,应有效整合和采用多种培训方法、技术,包括教学方式,并注重创设良好的培训物质环境。
Training method,relative to teaching method,is an important way to improve professional technical capability of trainees.It has many forms,such as icebreaking,case teaching method and problem-diagnosis method.In the course of training,all kinds of training methods including teaching method should be integrated and adopted,and more attention should be paid to creating a satisfying physical training environment.
