摘要
加快发展对农电视,对推进社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。当前,我国对农电视发展现状不容乐观,存在节目总量供给不足、电视网络发育滞后、节目整体质量不高、节目编排欠考虑等突出问题。对此,要将对农电视纳入国家公共服务体系,加大资金和政策支持;要依靠技术创新和运营模式创新,加快实现农村广播电视村村通;要满足农民的需求,建立层次化、多样化的节目供给体系;要贴近农民,制作电视节目。
It is extremely significant for the construction of new socialist countryside to speed up the pace of developing TV programs to peasants.At present,there are many prominent problems,such as lack of channels,lagged TV network,low quality of whole programs and ill-considered programming etc.the situation being unsatisfactory.Therefore, we should bring the TV programs to peasants into national public service and enhance the supportive work on funds and policy.In addition,we should accelerate to expand the broadcasting coverage to every village on the basis of innovations of both technology and running pattern,establish program supply system with multi-layer and diversity to meet the demands of peasants,and produce more programs that concern with peasants' life.
