摘要
目地:建立喜晶Ⅰ号含量测定方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量:C_(18)(250×4.6mm,5μm)柱,乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠(用磷酸调节pH值至3.0)(26:74)为流动相,检测波长为347nm,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:盐酸小檗碱分离完全,平均加样回收率为97.83%,RSD为2.37%(n=9)。结论:本方法灵敏,简便,可作为喜晶Ⅰ号的含量控制方法。
ObjectiverTo establish a method for the determination in Xijing I.Method:The determination was performed by HPLC using BDS C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)columm,Acetonitrile-0.05mol L Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate(Phosphoric Acid adjust pH to 3.0)(26:74 )as mobile phase,Wavelenghth at 347 nm and a flow rate of 1.0ml·min^(-1).Result:BerberineHydrochlo was separated completely.The mean recovery was 97.83%and RSD was 2.37%(n=9).Conclusion:the method was telligent,simple,be applicable to determind of the content of BerberineHydrochlo- Xijing Ⅰ.
