On the Innovation of Ownership Form

一个社会的所有制结构和所有制形态,必须适应该社会的生产力状况和社会经济发展的客观要求,其调整和变革必须与资源配置的方式相适应;社会生产力强制性地为自己开辟发展的道路,迫使所有制结构与所有制形式服从它的发展逻辑;混合所有制作为一种创新的所有制形式,具有独立、开放、复合的特点,其存在和发展有其必然性。我国混合所有制的产生与发展是所有制变革适应生产力发展要求的反映,是建立与完善社会主义市场经济体制的客观要求。

The ownership structure and form of a society,whose adjustment and innovation should be suitable for resource distribution way,must adapt to the productivity state of this society and objective demand for social economic development.Social productivity opens up the road of development for itself mandatorily,forcing the ownership structure and form to obey its development logic.As a dynamic ownership structure,as well as an independent and opening ownership form,the mixed ownership has its certainty of existing and developing.The generation and development of mixed ownership in our country are the response of the ownership innovation which meets the developing needs of productivity,and the objective demand for setting up and improving the socialist market economy system.
