On the Improvement of Leadership Skills of Building a Socialist Harmonious Society

构建和谐社会,要求提高各级领导班子和领导干部的领导能力。领导干部应以创新性的领导思维和领导方法,践行科学发展观,不断提高构建和谐社会的本领;建立健全履责制度、党群学习交流制度等相关制度,规范领导行为,密切党群干群关系;以"为人民谋福祉"作为检验领导能力和领导资格的唯一标准,切实担负起领导责任,领导人民共同建设社会主义和谐社会。

Building a harmonious society requires improving the ability for all levels of leadership. Leading cadres should carry out the scientific concept of development,and continuously improve our ability to build a harmonious society;establish complement duty system,the communicate system between cadres and the mass,and other relevant system to make the party and the masses closer. The people's well-being is the only criterion to test a leader ability.Leader cadres should assume leadership responsibility,and lead the people to build a socialist harmonious society.
