摘要
研究了流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定苹果中微量汞和砷的方法。结果表明该方法对汞和砷的检出限分别为0.41μg/L和0.29μg/L,平均加标回收率分别为97.84%和100.70%。该法简便、快速、灵敏,对实际样品的测定结果令人满意。
The determination of hydrargyrum and arsenic contect in apple by flow injection hydride generation-atom absorption spectrometry is studied. The results show that the detection limit of the method for hydrargyrum and arsenic are 0.41 μg/L and 0.29 μg/L. The average re- covery rate of hydrargyrum and arsenic are 97.84% and 100. 70%. This method is simple, quick and sensitive, and has the satisfactory results.
