As an important part of the College Entrance Examination Reform,the enrollment system has experienced three stages:Single track,double tracks and mergence since 1952.It is a development process of spiral ascension and reflects the correspondence between education and economy.This is the inevitable result of the transition from planned economy system toward market economy system,and the decisive function of economic foundation to superstructure.Justice and independence will become the main trend of the Reform.
