摘要
通过论证评述国内音乐学界发生的一起学术剽窃事件,作者指出并讨论了一些值得全国学界共同重视的问题,包括书目与注释的写作规范,论文写作中常被忽略的"近似复述"与"缩写"两种形式的剽窃,学术自律的重要性,学术出版中对于著、编、编译、翻译和资料转引的未明确区分,刊物与出版社编辑的学术失范或失职,以非学术的政治诬陷或人身攻击混淆或取代学术批评,对明显的学术剽窃行为姑息甚至纵容等。
By a commentary on an academic plagiarism event which occurred with the Chinese musicologi-cal circles,the author points out and discusses some issues that deserve common concern from scholars nationwide.These issues include norms for references and notes in academic papers,two forms of plagiarism which are easily ignored — close paraphrase and précies,the importance of self-discipline in academic activities,publications' inadequate differentiation of writing,editing,editing and translating,translating,and quoting,editors' failure to conform to academic norms and fulfil their duties,replacing academic criticism with false political charges or personal attacks,and the tolerance of or even connivance in blatant acts of academic plagiarism,etc..
