论法学教学方法的改革

On the Reform of Teaching Methods of Legal Science

随着我国向法治社会的全面转型,法律人才的培养不仅要满足法律实务部门的需求,更要适应经济建设、国家治理、和谐社会建设以及走向世界的需要。本文在对以往我国法学教学方法进行检讨和对影响教学方法的因素进行探讨的基础上,结合西方的成功经验,研究法学教学方法改革的路径所在,提出了教学方法多元化的改革目标及其落实的具体方案。

With China’s overall transformation to a legal society, the training of legal professionals will not only meet the needs of departments of legal practice but also adapt to the needs of economic construction, national governance, society in harmony building, and opening up to the world. Based on inspection of the previous teaching methods of legal science in our country and exploration of factors influencing teaching methods, with reference to the successful experiences of the West in the field, this paper studies the reform of the teaching methods of legal science, puts forward the goal of the reform—diversifying the teaching methods, and designs specific plans to realize the goal.
