关于初中毕业生学业考试命题公平性的思考

On the Equity of Assigning Questions in High School Entrance Examination

义务教育初中毕业生学业考试(即中考)的考试结果既是衡量学生是否达到毕业标准的主要依据,也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一。中考命题作为保证考试质量的第一关,它作为为考试这种特殊的测量活动制作工具的工作,对考试质量的基础性、决定性作用举足轻重。为此,笔者针对目前中考命题不公平问题进行了深入的分析,主张教育部门应提供或改进相应的公共服务,为促进中考命题更加公平做出努力。

The result of high school entrance examination is not only the main basis of judging whether students reach the graduation level,but also one of the important principles of the enrollment to high school.Assigning questions in high school entrance examination plays a key role assuring examination quality.As the special measurement,it is of vital importance to the basic and decisive role of examination quality.This article analyzes the inequity of assigning questions in high school entrance examination,and claims that educational department should provide or improve the corresponding public service so as to make the process of assiging questions be more equal.
