论文对福州市27所小学教师参加体育锻炼的若干问题进行了问卷调查,结果表明:福州市小学教师参加体育锻炼的目的明确;球类、跑步为其首选的健身项目;公园、广场等公共场所是主要锻炼场所。论文同时分析了制约影响小学教师参加体育锻炼的各种因素,提出看法与建议,为进一步提高小学教师的身体素质提供参考。

This paper investigates the aims,methods,events,places and such issues of Fuzhou 27 primary school teachers' participation in physical exercises through questionnaire,and the results show that the aims of Fuzhou primary school teachers' participation in physical activities are clear;ball games and running are their first choice for fitness projects;parks,squares and such public places are the main training places.At the same time,the paper analyzes the various factors that influence and restrict the participation in physical exercises of the primary school teachers and puts forward some ideas and suggestions so as to provide some reference to further improve their physical quality.
