Scientific evaluation system is of great significance to the achievement of curriculum aims.Nowadays,English study has developed vigorously,and the traditional way of terminal evaluation,which is very single and dull,can not meet the demand of modern society.Deepened reform of new curriculum of English has obliged English educators to care about individual differences of learners,to emphasize learning process and to adopt multidimentional ways of evaluation so as to guarantee teaching quality.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a new English teaching evaluation system which embodies the humane teaching ideas that students are the subject,though it is an arduous task.
