摘要
新时代干部培训出现新的特点,要求开展“菜单式”培训。“菜单式”培训与传统的培训方式相比,发生了三大变化:一是学员的学习态度发生了根本变化;二是学习方式发生了变化;三是学习时间发生了变化。“菜单式”培训有三种形式。
The new characteristics of cadre training emerged in the new era, demanding “menu” training. Compared with traditional training method, “menu” training has three changes: 1.the change of students' attitude; 2.the change of learning method; 3.the change of learning time. “menu” training has three forms.
