摘要
罚球是篮球比赛得分的一个组成部分。研究认为,大约有四分之一的比赛,是由罚球决定胜负的。因此,提高罚球命中率具有重要意义。采用分组实验的研究方法,尝试运用念动训练与身体练习相结合的训练方法来提高篮球罚球的命中率。结果表明,这种练习方法不仅在无球、无篮的情况下起到实际训练的效果,减轻多次重复身体练习引起的疲劳;而且通过技术动作的正确念动,十分有利于加速掌握和改进篮球罚球动作技术,对提高篮球罚球命中率有显著的促进作用。
Penalty shot is a way to get scores in basketball match. Some researches prove that the outcome of about a quarter of matches is determined through penalty shots. Therefore, it is of great signifi cance to raise the hit percentage of penalty shots. It could be raised by means of group-division test, combining ideo-motion training with physical exercise. The result shows that this method not only have the actual training effect on the condition of no ball or no basket and mitigate the fatigue caused by repeated physical exercise, but it is also very helpful for player to master and improve this skill through the correct ideo-motion training on movement, having remarkable effect on improving the hit rate of penalty shots.
