从人格学的角度谈从源头上预防和治理腐败

On Corruption Prevention and Control at Its Source From the View of Personalistics

人格动力结构理论告诉我们,人的行为是在外界环境刺激下,由“人格需要”和“人格判断”共同作用的结果。从这一角度看腐败现象产生的根源,不外有两个方面:一是人的主观方面即人格素质结构,二是客观方面即环境刺激。因此,通过人格教育优化人格素质筑牢拒腐防变的思想道德防线,通过净化反腐倡廉、拒腐防变环境,铲除腐败滋生蔓延的土壤,做到从源头上预防和治理腐败。

The theory “personality impetus structure” considers that a human being’s behavior is the result of the interaction of “personality demand” and “personality judgment” under the stimulation of the environment. From this angle, the origin of corruptive phenomenon has two aspects: one is subjectivity-personality quality structure; the other is objectivity-environmental stimulation. Therefore, we should optimize personality quality through personality education to consolidate the defensive line of ideological morality to refuse corruption. And we should also resolutely fi ght against corruption through purifying environment, preventing and controlling corruption at its source.
