A Brief Discussion on Implementation of Crisis Education

当前我国社会公众普遍缺乏危机意识,当危机来临时,容易造成社会混乱,我们应利用多种方式,对公众进行危机管理教育,增强公众的危机意识、社会责任意识,提高自救、互救能力,形成全民动员、预防为主、全社会防灾减灾的局面。

At present, people in our country generally lack the consciousness of crisis, which will easily result in social disorder when crisis is approaching. We should take various ways to implement crisis education to strengthen people's consciousness of crisis and social responsibility, thus to develop the situation of preventing and reducing crisis by all people and whole society.
