摘要
在现代社会,行政奖励作为现代政府新型、有效的管理手段和方式,己经被广泛应用于社会各个领域,在行政管理中发挥着举足轻重的作用。目前我国的行政奖励从立法到执行都存在着种种缺陷,需要进一步完善。
In the modern society, administrative encouragement, which has been used widely in each field, is playing a very important role in administration. At present, there are many limitations in legislation and execution in our country.
