China's policy on management of marine litter from ships

介绍海上垃圾污染情况,阐述中国关于船舶垃圾污染防治的管理程序及采取的应对措施.提出减少及根除污染物排放的建议.

This paper introduced the general situation of damage caused by pollution from marine litter(garbage),and described China's management process for preventing pollution and the countermeasures adopted by the Chinese government.Some suggestions were proposed to reduce and eliminate pollution emission.
