Hazard ranking evaluation of chemical products in Ningbo port

采用MARPOL 73/78附则Ⅱ类别划分对人体健康和环境的危害等级,采用NFPA704危害鉴别系统的危害等级划分化学品的爆炸等级,评估发生泄满时,对人体健康和当地环境最有可能产生严重影响以及对船员和应急处置人员最具爆炸危险性的化学品,更加有效地使用有限的应急资源.

This paper evaluated hazard ranking of the chemical substances.MARPOL 73/78 AnnexⅡcategory was adopted to rank the hazards on human health and environment,and the rating scheme of NFPA 704 hazard identification system was in- troduced to determine the hazard rating with regard to explosive property of chemical substances.It has discovered chemical sub- stances which are most likely to have serious impacts on human hearth and local environment in the case of accidental rdeases, as well as which are more dangerous to crew and emergency re- sponders with regard to explosive property.This paper is in- tended to use limited emergency resources more effectively and efficiently.
