介绍审核机制的历史发展、现状、优点、发展趋势及存在的问题,探讨解决方法.根据IMO成员国审核机制的要求结合中国的现状,提出一些建议.

This paper introduced the development,status,merit, trend and exiting problems of IMO member state audit scheme, and discussed the countermeatures.The paper also gave some advices according to requirements of IMO member state audit scheme combing the present situation in China.
