摘要
通过建立混合整数规划模型,构建了一个由第三方物流参与的逆向物流网络,包含顾客层、回收站、检测站(维修加工厂)、市场(掩埋地)四层.以总费用最低为目标,对家电产品回收的逆向物流网络的设施进行选址优化.实验表明,运用LINGO9.0对家电产品回收的逆向物流网络模型进行选址优化,可以快速得到最优费用.
A reverse logistics network including customer layer, recycle bin,testing stations(repair plant)and market(the landfill part)was constructed based on third party logistics.A mixed integer programming model was designed to meet the goal of the minimum total cost and optimize the location of the facili- ties of the reverse logistics network..Experiments on household electrical appliances show that the optimal location and the mini- mum total cost can be obtained rapidly using LINGO 9.0.
