摘要
利用Romer(1990)的R&D内生经济增长模型,将耗竭性资源纳入生产函数,建立一含耗竭性资源投入的内生经济增长模型,得到了模型的平衡增长解,并讨论了耗竭性资源可持续利用条件下的政策含义.得出结论:为实现经济的可持续发展,可通过增加R&D部门的劳动投入来推动技术进步,从而降低生产过程中对耗竭性资源的依赖,减缓耗竭性资源的消耗速度.
In this paper,a simple endogenous growth model with exhaustible resources is established under the condition of sustainable economic development which means the ues of exhaustible resources is sustainable.From the model,we obtain the balanced growth rates and deduce a suggestion for choosing economic policies.
