摘要
采用组织学和生化方法对三疣梭子蟹亲蟹在越冬和抱卵期间的卵巢发育进行研究,对越冬和抱卵期间卵巢发育过程中脂肪和蛋白的积累情况进行分析和讨论。结果表明,亲蟹在越冬期间性腺指数没有显著变化(P>0.05),组织学观察表明越冬期间卵母细胞变化不显著(P>0.05),抱卵期间性腺指数显著增加(P<0.05),卵母细胞在很短的时间内经过小生长期、大生长期、近成熟期形成成熟卵母细胞。在越冬期间亲蟹卵巢的脂肪含量呈缓慢积累状态,抱卵期间显著增加(P<0.05),肝胰腺的脂肪含量与卵巢的脂肪含量呈负相关性。亲蟹卵巢的蛋白含量与其脂肪含量的变化趋势相同,但肝胰腺的蛋白含量与卵巢的蛋白含量相关性不大。
The ovaries development of the crab Portunus trituberculatus were studied during the overwintering and spawning periods.During the overwintering period,the ovary index(OI) showed no significant differences,the oocytes were in the mature stage.During the spawning period,the OI showed a significant increase,and the oocytes passed through four oogenetic stages rapidly.The total lipids in ovaries slightly increased during the overwintering period,but increased significantly during the spawning period.There was a significant negative correlation between the total ovary lipids and the total hepatopancreas lipids.The total ovary protein varied similarly to the total ovary lipids;however,there was no correlation between the total ovary protein and total hepatopancreas protein.
