海参、海胆养殖水体中多抗性细菌抗性基因的筛选 被引量:2

Detection of Antibiotic Resistant Genes in Multiple Antibiotic Resistance Bacteria Isolated From Sea Cucumber and Sea Urchin Mariculture Waters

摘要 由于抗生素药物的大量使用和相当程度的滥用,使得水产病原菌耐药性十分严重,多重药物抗性细菌也时有发生,大大增加了微生物病害防治的难度。为探讨抗性细菌的抗药性分子遗传机理,从而为控制抗药性细菌的产生和传播提供研究基础,本研究以大连海参、海胆养殖水体多抗性细菌筛选为基础,利用分子生物学方法对这些抗性细菌进行了土霉素、氯霉素及氟氯霉素抗性基因的筛选。研究发现,大部分耐药细菌都携带多种抗性基因,证明它们的耐药性都是由相应抗性基因决定的。 The extensive and intensive use and certain degree of misuse of antibiotics lead to serious antibiotic resistance of bacterial pathogens and common occurrence of multi-drug resistance bacteria,increasing the difficulty and failure in aquacultural disease control and treatment.Based on the isolation of multiple resistant bacteria from a sea cucumber and sea urchin mariculture water body in Dalian,tetracycline resistant genes and chloramphenicol resistance genes as well as florfenicol resistant genes were detected by using molecular methods in this study.The paper discusses the mechanisms of antibiotic resistant genes and provides useful information for controlling the occurrence and spread of the antibiotic resistant bacteria.
