戊二醛交联型羧甲基壳聚糖的制备和生物相容性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨羧甲基壳聚糖(CM-CTS)、交联型羧甲基壳聚糖(C-CM-CTS)和交联还原型羧甲基壳聚糖(D-CM-CTS)的生物相容性,为其在生物医用材料等方面的研究和应用提供参考。方法:以CM-CTS为原料,采用戊二醛交联法制备了C-CM-CTS和D-CM-CTS,用MTT比色法测定了它们的促细胞生长活性和细胞毒性,并评价了三者的组织相容性。结果:与对照组相比,C-CM-CTS,D-CM-CTS和CM-CTS均能促进L929细胞的生长,其中,CM-CTS的促细胞生长作用为最佳,D-CM-CTS次之。动物实验证明,CM-CTS和D-CM-CTS比C-CM-CTS具有更好的组织相容性。 Objective:To study the cell growth promotive activity,cytotoxicity and biocompatibility of CM-CTS,C-CM-CTS and D-CM-CTS,in order to provide a reference for their application to the study of biomedical materials.Method: Using CM-CTS as raw material,synthesize C-CM-CTS and D-CM-CTS with the glutaraldehyde crosslinking method.Determine the cell growth promotive activity and cytotoxicity with MTT chomatometry,and the biocompatibility of C-CM-CTS,D-CM-CTS and their raw material CM-CTS.Results: Compared with the control group,CM-CTS,C-CM-CTS and D-CM-CTS all can promote the growth of the cells.The optimal concentration of materials to promote cell growth is 100 μg/mL.The best performance to promote cell growth was observed in test of CM-CTS,D-CM-CTS performed better than C-CM-CTS.The D-CM-CTS as well as CM-CTS performed better than C-CM-CTS in vivo biocompatibility test.
