摘要
运用DAD Agilent 1100高效液相色谱仪,首次建立了同时测定北沙参药材中2种组分法卡林二醇和人参炔醇含量的方法。采用大连依利特C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm;5.0μm)色谱柱。流动相乙腈-水(0.3%磷酸)梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温25℃,进样量30μL,比较测定了23批北沙参药材、参皮和茎叶中法卡林二醇、人参炔醇的含量。结果表明:在0.06~1.20μg质量范围内,法卡林二醇(r_a=0.9999)和人参炔醇(r_b=0.9998)呈现良好的线性关系,法卡林二醇的平均回收率为101.7%(RSD=2.6%,n=5),人参炔醇的平均回收率为97.5%(RSD=1.9%,n=5)。本方法准确、灵敏、稳定、重现性好,可作为北沙参药材的质量控制方法。
A simultaneous determination method for falcarindiol and panaxynol contents in Glehnia littoralis has been established for the first time.The content analysis was performed on Agilent DAD HPLC under the following chromatographic conditions:Dalian Elite C_(18)-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm;5.0μm)column,acetoni- trile-water(0.3% phosphoric acid)with gradient elution as mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,wavelength 254 nm,column temperature 25℃,and injector volume 30μL.The results showed a good linear relationship for the falcarindiol(r_a=0.999 9)and panaxynol(r_b=0.999 8),the average recoveries were 101.7 %(RSD= 2.6 %,n=5)and 97.5 %(RSD=1.9 %,n=5),respectively.The established method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Glehnia littoralis.
