中草药制剂对凡纳滨对虾生长和消化酶活性的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Dietary Traditional Chinese Medicines on the Growth and Activities of Digestive Enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 在基础饲料中分别添加不同水平(0%,1%,2%,4%)的中草药制剂,制成4种试验饲料。采用连续投喂的方法,饲喂对虾40 d,分别测定了其对凡纳滨对虾生长和消化酶的影响。结果表明:随着饲料中中草药制剂的添加量的增加,凡纳滨对虾的末重和特定生长率均呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,其中2%组末重和特定生长率最高,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着中草药制剂添加量的增加,凡纳滨对虾肝胰脏、中肠中蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性均呈现先上升后下降趋势,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且肝胰脏中蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性均大于中肠(P<0.05);肝胰脏和中肠中脂肪酶酶活性各组间无显著差异,试验组高于对照组(P>0.05),肝胰脏高于中肠(P<0.05)。试验表明:2%的添加量能促进凡纳滨对虾的生长和提高消化酶活性。 The designed levels of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)in diets were 0 %,1%,2 % and 4 %, respectively.A 40 d experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary TCM(0%,1%,2% and 4 %)on the growth and activities of digestive enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei.The results show that the final weight and relative weight gain rate(SGR)increased first with increasing TCM;after attaining their maximum values,they decreased with TCM.Of the four groups(TCM level 0 %,1%,2 % and 4 %),the 2 % group had the highest final weight and SGR(P<0.05).The activities of protease and amylase of the hepatopancreas and mid-gut also increased with TCM;first and then decreased.The activities of protease and amylase of the test groups were higher than those of the control(P<0.05),and the activities of protease and amylase of hep- atopancreas were higher than the mid-gut(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the ac- tivities of lipase among the treated groups,the values from the test groups were higher than those of the control (P>0.05),and the hepatopancreas higher than the mid-gut(P<0.05).The experimental data suggest that 2 % dietary TCM can enhance the growth and activities of digestive enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei.
