摘要
济钢集团总公司为提升市场竞争力、培育品牌产品,于2006年5月在船板营销中实施了SBU机制。经过1 a多的运行,SBU机制在船板营销中取得巨大成功,增长了船板的产销量、增强了生产保障能力、提高了高等级船板的比例及船板的盈利能力。SBU机制已成为济钢改进管理模式的成功范例之一。
In order to strengthen competitive and to erect famous brand,since May 2006,Jinan Steel has adopted SBU mechanism in ship plate marketing.After one year's operation,it has gained great success such as growth of production and sales,increase of production capability,increase of high-grade ship plate proportion and it's profitability,thus SBU mechanism has become a success model in Jinan Steel to improve management mode.
