生产制造周期是反映一个经济实体资金运营及管理水平的统计指标,大型钢铁联合企业如何最大限度减少库存资金占用,充分运用零库存的管理理念,是企业创新管理的一大课题。介绍了生产周期的物料周转推算法、工艺时间累加法2种测量方法。通过分析济钢2007年1￣7月份生产周期测量的实践,提出应建立一个科学的生产制造周期的统计分析系统的设想。

Production manufacturing cycle is a statistical index which reflects the entity's management level and capital turnover.How to reduce stock and apply the conception of zero stock is a big task for management innovation for large iron and steel complex company.Two measuring methods on production manufacturing cycle are introduced in this paper: material cycling calculation and procession time accumulation.The plan to establish a scientific statistical analyzing system for production manufacturing cycle is suggested through the analysis on operation of measurement of production manufacturing cycle for the first half year of 2007.
