双机架冷轧是济钢的第一条冷轧生产线,在轧机顺利达产后,应重新审视冷轧产品定位。在分析济钢薄板系统从冶炼、热轧到冷轧的工艺技术装备水平和省内冷轧产品市场的基础上,指出精炼水平、热轧的板形控制能力薄弱等是制约冷轧产品开发的主要问题,并提出了济钢冷轧产品定位以农用车和普通家电用板为主的设想。
