平衡计分卡是一个管理系统,它使组织能够清晰地规划远景和战略,并落实为具体的行动计划。济钢生产部应用平衡计分卡原理,首先在财务、顾客关系等方面确定关键业绩指标以及各指标的权重,最后创建了生产经营计划评价体系。该评价体系评价结果科学、全面,促进了济钢计划管理水平的提高和效益的实现。
Balanced scorecard is a management system that allows organizations to clearly design their future and strategy,and to take action.Jinan Steel production department has introduced the balanced scorecard principle,firstly the key performance indices are specified in financial and customer relationship aspect,then the weight of each index is also determined,thus the production and operation plan evaluation system is created.The evaluation result from this system is so scientific and complete as to promote plan management and realization of benefit in Jinan Steel.
