摘要
针对济钢球团厂4座竖炉烘床水梁、齿辊等设备不同程度出现结垢,1#、2#竖炉烘床水梁变形下挠现象,进行竖炉水量分配和系统水质分析,认为水量的不足是导致小水梁结垢的最直接原因,改善水质是遏制水梁结垢的重要辅助因素。通过采取增大1~3#炉系统供水能力、采用污染防垢(除垢)技术、淘汰原1#、2#竖炉φ40 mm金属连接软管、配制耐高温的药剂等措施,使新水梁未发现结垢,并达到了预期效果。
The disquisition analyses flux-distribute and water quality exist at hydrotechny of four shaft furnace in Qiutuan factory of Jinan steel,which lead dissimilar form of dirt in shaft furnace water-beam and roller as tooth,extraordinary,distortion and curve have occurred in the first and second shaft furnace.Through analyzing,the form of dir in water-beam is the direct matter,and improve the water quality is a important assistant factor that prevent fouling in water-beam.Through improving water supply ability,introducing new technology of avoid fouling,replacing φ40 metal tube which links water-beam,and confecting a new medicament which endures high temperature,the optimizing obtains anticipative effect.
