摘要
对中厚板超声波探伤不合格部位取样,通过低倍、高倍、Z向刨开及电镜检验等手段对钢板不合的原因进行了分析,找出了钢板不合的主要原因是中心偏析、组织中的夹杂物较多,同时存在中心疏松及微裂纹。就此提出了提高钢质纯净度、控制浇注温度和拉速等改进措施,提高了无损检测合格率。
The samples steel plates disqualified by ultrasonic were observed with the aim of scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum,checked by chopping,dissection in z direction.The result indicated that the main causes of disqualification of steel plate are high central segregation,high inclusion content and tiny crack in slab.Measures of cleaning molten steel,controlling cast velocity and cast temperature were taken,and the compliance ration in ultrasonic inspection of plate was enhanced.
