摘要 济钢第一小型轧钢厂采用穿水控制冷却工艺提高带肋钢筋性能,通过工业性试验对其强化机理进行了探讨。结果表明,穿水钢筋晶粒度较未穿水钢筋明显细化,机械性能大幅提高,平均屈服强度提高了75 MPa,晶粒度提高0.5个等级,达到了在不影响生产率的情况下降低成本、提高性能的目的。 In order to improving the mechanical properties of hot rolled ribbed steel bar,Jinan steel's No.1 Small Section Mill adopted forced cooling process and discussed strengthening mechanism through industrial test.The results indicated that the size of grain becomes finer and mechanical properties are improved.The average yield strength is increased by 75 MPa and the grain size is improved by 0.5 grades.At the same time,the cost is reduced with the same productivity.
