摘要
济钢第一炼钢厂以3#、4#板坯铸机中间裂纹为研究对象,建立铸坯内部质量在线诊断模型。经不断修正,模型能够快速推断出铸机出现问题的部位,为设备检修提供依据,为生产操作、优化工艺参数(合理确定拉速、二冷配水等参数)提供了准确数据,从而提高铸坯质量、减少废品。
The middle cracks of the slab produced by the No.3 and No.4 CCMs were made as research objects and the online diagnosis model of the slab inner crack was established by No.1 steelmaking plant of Jinan steel.With the help of the model that was corrected constantly,the wrong place of CCM could be predicted rapidly,which can be taken as the basic data of equipment maintenance,the production operation and the optimization of the process parameter.The ultimate aim of quality improvement and pool-production rate decreasing also come true finally.
