基于订单的项目导向型合同管理,是运用项目管理的思想和方法,把每个订单做成项目,按照项目进行管理。结合济钢实践,阐述了在基于订单的项目导向型合同管理过程中订单形成、合同执行和产品交付几个阶段的操作方法,如成立项目团队、开展论证评估等,以实现用户订单的及时交付。

The so-called project oriented type contracts management based on orders is to manage each of orders as project with the application of ideas and means of projects management.Its basic flow is a course which from getting clients enquiry or setting down of suppositional orders to accepting real orders.Combining with the management practice of Jinan Steel,this article discussed the operation means of orders forming,contracts execution and products delivery.By forming project teams,implement argument and evaluating,timely delivery of clients orders can be achieved.
