摘要
根据济钢"十一五"发展战略要求,对统计工作所面临的形势和现状进行分析,提出济钢统计工作的改进方向,即通过创新统计工作思路,强化统计分析,实施统计过程监控,使传统的"报告型"统计向"管理型"统计转变;通过改进服务方式,提升自身素质,不断提高统计服务质量。
In line with the requirement of Jinan Steel for its strategic development at the 'eleventh five-year plan' period,this paper makes an analysis on the present condition and situation we face in our statistical work and feasible improvement measures are put forward.These measures include adopting innovative approaches,strengthening statistical analysis,supervising the process and changing the traditional report-typed statistical work to that of management-typed.Moreover,the statistical work is continually improved through improvement of service by qualified staff.
