摘要
本文研究了含合金硫化镍精矿的加压浸出过程中的影响因素,包括氧分压、反应温度、反应时间以及反应终点pH值。研究发现(1)通过控制终点pH值,可以实现对铜、镍、钴选择性浸出;(2)可以实现贵金属在浸出渣中富集,为提取生产贵金属开辟了新的工艺途径;(3)研究了加压浸出动力学过程,计算了反应的表观活化能。
The affecting factors,including oxygen partial pressure,reaction temperature and time,and pH level at the end point of reaction,during the process of pressure leaching for the concentration containing NiS, were studied in the present paper.It was found that(1)the selectively leaching of Cu,Ni,Co can be real- ized;(2)precious metals can be enriched in leaching slag,which opens up a new way for extraction of pre- cious metals;(3)the kinetics of pressure leaching was studied,and the apparent activation energy for the reac- tion was calculated.
