平整机压上系统模型及鲁棒H_∞控制

摘要 基于平整机液压压上系统可以避免因轧制力不必要的波动而造成带钢出现皱折(浪形),以获得良好的带材质量和相对稳定的延伸率,阐述了液压系统跟踪性好,精确度高,稳定性好的重要性。研究了热镀锌生产线上的平整机液压压上系统,从液压伺服系统的机理出发,建立了相应的平整机液压压上系统力控制数学模型。采用鲁棒H_∞控制方法,对液压压上系统参数摄动等的不确定性进行了仿真,其结果表明,所设计的鲁棒H_∞控制器具有良好的跟踪性能和对参数摄动的鲁棒性。 Based on facts that application of the hydraulic adjustment systems of skin pass mill can avoid unnecessary fluctuations of the rolling force which cause strip wrinkles(waves).As a result,good material quality and relatively stable elongation can be obtained.The importance, high-precision and stability of the hydraulic system are clarified.The hydraulic adjustment systems of skin pass mill in the hot galvanizing line are analyzed.According to mechanism of hydraulic servo system,force control mathematic models of hydraulic adjustment system are established. H_∞approach is adopted to simulate the uncertainties of hydraulic adjustment systems such as parameters disturbance.Simulation results show that the robust H_∞controller can make the control objects possess very good robust and track characteristics.
