摘要
提出了一种包含多个退化量的退化建模和分析方法。考虑了退化量之间的相关性,假设协方差是关于时间的函数,对现有的基于退化量分布的可靠性评估方法和步骤进行了改进。研究了基于多元退化量分布的可靠性评估方法。提出了一种全面分析方法,用仿真数据例证了该方法的适用性。结果表明,当系统含有多个相关退化量时,不正确的独立性假设将低估系统可靠性。
An alternative degradation modeling and analysis approach involving multiple degradation measures is presented.The dependence be- tween multivariate degradation measures is considered.The covariance is assumed as function of time.The existing reliability evaluation ap- proaches and procedures based on degradation measures distribution are improved.Reliability evaluation approach based on multivariate degra- dation measures is studied.A comprehensive analysis method is presented,and the applicability of the proposed method is illustrated by simu- lated data.The results of numerical study show that,when the multiple degradation measures in a system are correlated,an incorrect indepen- dence assumption may underestimate the system reliability.
