基于虚拟测试技术的导弹电气系统故障诊断

摘要 为实现导弹电气设备经济、有效的故障诊断与定位,提出了基于虚拟测试技术的电气系统故障诊断方法。该方法先对电气系统控制电路进行图形化建模,再对图形化的虚拟系统进行物理建模与仿真以完成系统虚拟测试功能,并对虚拟测试得到的特征信息进行合理采样,最后通过合适的诊断算法实现电气系统的故障诊断与定位。 To realize fault diagnosis and location of the missile electrical equipment economically and effectively,a method of fault diagnosis for electrical equipment system based on virtual test technology is proposed.Graphics modeling of control circuit for electrical equipment system is studied in the method.The physical modeling and simulation are given out,which can be used to finish the virtual test of the system.Through the reasonably sampling from the characteristic data of virtual test,fault diagnosis and location of the electrical equipment system is realized by the diagnosis algorithms.
