摘要 为了进行快速的故障诊断和定位,将传统故障树进行扩展。通过增加节点的门类型、深度、发生可能性、检测手段等信息来建立综合系数模型,计算出的综合系数存于对应的节点信息中。故障诊断时,先根据故障现象选定故障顶事件,然后计算该故障树的最小割集,再按照综合系数高的故障节点优先进行诊断的原则进行诊断,当同一割集的底事件都发生时,就完成了故障定位。所提出的系统已成功应用于某大型装备的故障诊断,优化了故意诊断流程,提高了故障诊断速度。 In order to improve the speed of fault diagnosis,the traditional fault tree is extended.The node information of the extended fault tree including gate type,node depth,occurrence possibility,detecting method is increased.Most of the node information will be used to compute the integration coefficient of the fault tree node.During the process of the fault diagnosis,the fault top event according to the fault phenomenon is se- lected,the least muster of the selected fault tree is computed and the node which has the largest integration coefficient is diagnosed.After all of the node events happened in the same least muster,the process of the fault diagnosis is completed.The proposed system is applied to the fault di- agnosis of some large equipment,and the result shows that the fault diagnosis process is optimized and the speed is improved.
