摘要
针对装备状态质量间接信息很难获取的现状,探讨了装备状态质量与检测诊断的关系,提出了装备状态质量间接信息分析处理的基本思路,即首先设置检测系统,通过检测诊断、实验等方法获得信号,再对所得信号进行变换,过滤不相关或干扰信号,从经变换和滤波后的信号中提取特征参量,获取相关特征参量,形成潜显转换事例,从而通过相关特征参量对装备间接信息进行评估和预测,获取装备状态质量的特性指标评价。应用实例验证了基于检测诊断的装备状态质量间接信息分析处理方法的可行性,为装备状态质量的评估与预测奠定了理论基础。
Considering the difficult status to gather the indirect information of equipment state quality,the relationship between equipment state quality and detection diagnosis is discussed.The basic thought about information analysis processing is researched.And project instance is given to prove the feasibility of indirect information of equipment state quality analysis processing based on detection diagnosis.The proposed method plays an important role in establishing the theory foundation for the evaluation and prediction on equipment state quality.
