摘要
化工生产过程属于典型的复杂系统,其潜在的安全问题的分析及其解决方案是目前安全工程研究领域的热点。从系统安全事故发生、发展及最后爆发的机理模型出发,提出结合危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)及防护层分析(LOPA)的方法,从系统工程的角度解决风险排查、防护层的评估和设计的问题。HAZOP技术与LOPA技术已通过SDG-HAZOP软件实现计算机自动推理和辅助设计,并成功应用于多家大型石化企业。
As a typical complex system,chemical production process has been paid close attention to the potential risks analysis and its techni- cal solutions in the field of safety engineering.The mechanism of accident generation,propagation and outbreak are introduced,and the hazard identification and protection design from the view of the whole system is proposed based on the technology of hazard and operability study and layer of protection analysis,which has been realized by the software of SDG-HAZOP in a way of automatic inference and computer aided de- sign.The software has been successfully applied in several large-scaled petrochemical corporations.
