摘要
针对柴油机振动诊断过程中的复杂性,深入分析了柴油机的故障产生和振动机理,建立了柴油机缸盖振动信息模型。通过对振动信号本身特性进行分析研究,刻画了柴油机缸盖振动信号的时域、频域和循环波动特征,揭示了故障与振动响应信号之间的联系及规律。并给出了振动诊断的实例,为柴油机振动诊断提供了一定的诊断分析依据。
Aiming at the complexity of vibration diagnosis of diesel engin,the relation and rule between vibration and diagnosis of diesel en- gines are discussed.The foundations of vibration diagnosis method for diesel engine fault are supplied.At the same time,the characteristics of disel engine vibration signals are investigated intensively.The information model is given and the time domain,frequency domain and circular fluctuation characteristic of the cylinder cap vibration signal are analyzed.In the end,a diagnosis example is given.
